I'd recommend Smiths Nissan Peterborough to a friend because from my first point contact with Ben to the sale and then the collection I dealt with the same salesperson who was informative and helpful without being pushy very professional I had a little problem with a tyre after I had collected which with one call to Ben it was sorted out fantastic service

My experience at Smiths Nissan Peterborough was cracking because the staff are amazing and instantly put you at ease.The whole process was a pleasure from start to finish and although our purchase wasn’t by any means Big money we were treated as though it was which along with the informative yet no hard sell attitude towards extras (both rarities at other showrooms during our car search ) made for a relaxed experience.Obviously time will tell if the purchase was a good one but the showroom service is fantastic !

Smiths Nissan Peterborough staff were good because I was given all the help and advice I needed. I was not pressurised or chased into making my car selection. Had I been I'm sure I would have gone elsewhere.

My experience at Smiths Nissan Peterborough was brilliant because Kurt, who was the salesman who dealt with me was incredibly helpful and patient and went over and above to ensure I had all the information needed to make the correct decision to purchase my Nissan X-trail, from initial enquiries, through to test drive and subsequent purchase and completion.
He even kindly collected me from Peterborough station when it came to collecting the car as I live far away!
The dealership itself has a very warm and welcoming ambience and I couldn’t be happier about my purchase.

Smiths Nissan Peterborough were great because we turned up without appointment and was more than pleased with the assistance from Kurt, knowledgeable knowing the car wasn’t a Nissan and still was more than pleased to answer any question, he offered to pull the car out from its space to offer us full access of the vehicle, after a test drive we knew this was the car we had been looking for. Everything was great from first visit right up to hand over, a fantastic salesperson who is a credit to the dealership
